For those of you who have taken our beginner class or if you have taken a beginner class elsewhere, we offer an intermediate level class a la carte. Learn new techniques, project by project.

For this series, we will be gaining experience with knitwear by making an A-line dress and racerback tank. The Groove dress can be made with different sleeve lengths for any season. SO comfortable and flattering, it will soon become a favorite!

Easy, versatile, worn with jeans or a skirt, the Durango Tank is a wardrobe staple.

With these two projects, you will learn all about cutting and sewing knits, sewing a set-in sleeve, creating a neckband, hi-low hems, and hemming knits. You can also try out sewing knits on our serger!

All materials provided.

*If you would like to bring your own fabric, we suggest using a cotton or cotton blend in a four way stretch. For example, cotton jersey, double brushed poly, or a rayon jersey. You will need about a yard for the tank and 1.5 to 3 yards for the dress depending on length. If you have no idea what any of this means - wait until class and we will explain and provide fabric for you.
